Skiverton aiming to build on win

Dean Bowditch opened the scoring before Gavin Tomlin added a second from the penalty spot. Skiverton had special praise for on-loan Tottenham duo Steven Caulker and Ryan Mason. He said: "The fitness of the team is first class and the new players are all fitting in well. Steven Caulker and Ryan Mason are playing as though they've been around for 20 years, and the players with more experience like Stefan Stam are also looking good. "But this is only one game, and we need to keep building on this with the small squad that we have. I see that Norwich lost 7-1 in their opening game, and they're here on Tuesday in the Carling Cup. But Saturday's result counts for nothing, and we know it's going to be tough."
