Yeovil boss Terry Skiverton has called for unity within his squad ahead of this weekend's trip to Colchester.
The Glovers have picked up just one point from a possible 21 in the league and are now six points from safety.
Skiverton told BBC Points West: "What we can't do is make out that everything's hunky-dory. But if we stick together and stay strong we'll get through this.
"It's going to take us a couple of weeks to put a little dent in that and get ourselves out of where we are.
"But we're ready and we're focused. It's not the first time that it's got a little bit tight, a little bit sticky, but this is what I'm in the job for, to fight for this club. I love managing this club and that's how we're going to move on, together."
