Points target for Terry

Yeovil manager Terry Skiverton wants to beat last year`s points total after his side made certain of their League One status with a 2-2 draw at Peterborough. It was an afternoon of late drama at London Road, with Paul Wotton`s penalty midway through the first half separating the sides until three minutes from the end. Defender Kelvin Langmead fired Posh level, only for Yeovil to hit the front again less than 60 seconds later through Andrew Tutte. But Posh needed just two minutes to respond, with Craig Mackail-Smith prodding home at the back post in the 89th minute. Skiverton said: "Last season we got ourselves safe with two games to spare so it is nice to have managed it a match earlier this time around. Now we can focus on trying to better last season's points tally by keeping our unbeaten run going. "We produced an excellent team performance at Peterborough and while we are disappointed to concede twice late on, we have to be happy with the bigger picture. "I felt we were the better side in the first half and well worth our lead. Peterborough sent their big guns on during the second half and had us under all sorts of pressure, but we stood up to it well. We certainly entertained our travelling fans by playing our part in what was a decent game between two sides determined to play their football on the floor."
