Boss Terry Skiverton swooped to sign the Wales midfielder on loan from leaders Norwich this week and he is expected to go straight into the squad.[LNB]But their hopes of signing Arron Davies have been dashed after they were told the registration cannot proceed as it would be in contravention of FIFA regulations. Both the Football Association and Football League pointed out an individual may only play for two clubs in any one season where he has been on contract or standard loan.[LNB]The 25-year-old winger, who is a free agent, has already appeared for Nottingham Forest and Brighton in competitive matches this season and cannot therefore complete his move back to Huish Park.[LNB]Yeovil beat Exeter 2-1 at home last Saturday but lost for a third time in a row on their travels when they were beaten 2-1 at Tranmere on Tuesday.[LNB]Skiverton is again set to reshuffle his starting line-up. At Tranmere he recalled Nathan Smith and Kieran Murtagh to midfield, with Ryan Mason and Jon Obika starting on the substitutes' bench. Both were later introduced as substitutes.[LNB][LNB][LNB]
