Jones: Glovers set for changes
Back-to-back away defeats mean Terry Skiverton's Glovers hover just three points and a place above the drop zone ahead of Saturday's home game against third-placed MK Dons.
And Jones said: "We have got big decisions to make and they will be made with honesty and a lot of thought.
"We've been planning changes but this has sped up the process and made it more urgent."
The Glovers' new management team must first find a Saturday replacement for suspended goalkeeper Josh Wagenaar.
