Boss: Glovers were second best

Goals from Tamika Mkandawire and Scott McGleish gave Orient their first win in six matches to move them up to 18th in the table.[LNB]Skiverton said: "I was very disappointed. We were weak in a lot of areas and there were only one or two people who came out of the game with any credit. That was Stefan Stam and when Gary Tomlin came on.[LNB]"They were the only people who showed a bit of fight and spirit. People have had a lot of time off and I thought we were going to come out of the traps flying but we didn't.[LNB]"There was terrible defending for the first goal with their centre-half taking on three of our players and going round them. That was very disappointing.[LNB]"We know what we have to work on. We are going to be grafting this week and make sure we do the defending properly. Away from home we cannot find a formula that is working. We've played three or four different shapes and nothing seems to work. We can't keep relying on our home form to dig us out of trouble all the time."[LNB][LNB]
