Wycombe Wanderers manager Paul Lambert was delighted with his side's performance in the crucial 1-0 win at home to Rotherham United at the weekend.
The victory kept the Chairboys firmly in the promotion hunt and made up for a 2-1 defeat by Mansfield Town and a 2-2 draw with Bury in their last two games.
Lambert commented: "I'm delighted with the way the lads responded after a difficult week.
"It doesn't matter how you win, you've just got to do it and it was a massive three points for us.
"We were in the play-off race before the game and we're in it right now.
"I thought the crowd were a bit quiet considering where we are, but the players have to keep giving them something to shout about."
