Wycombe Wanderers defender Roger Johnson has signed a new contract that will keep him at the club until the summer of 2007.
The 21-year-old is nearing the 100-appearance mark for the Chairboys and boss John Gorman is delighted to have reached an agreement.
He told the club's official website: "We are delighted that Roger has signed a new deal.
"He has done well since my arrival here and I see him as an important player for the future. It shows the ambition of the club to want to keep our younger players - it is the way forward."
