Wycombe Wanderers boss Paul Lambert has signed his eighth player of the summer, after landing former Millwall youngster Jack Obersteller.
The 18-year-old left-back was released by the Lions at the end of last season and has agreed a one-year deal at Adams Park.
"We had Jack along for training towards the end of last season and he also played a couple of reserve games for us," Lambert told the club's official website.
"He showed enough ability to impress us and we've decided to give him a chance.
"Jack was released by Millwall but that doesn't bother me. Sometimes in football you have to take a step backwards to go forwards and we're hoping that will be the case with him.
"I want to stress that he's not yet ready for the first team, but we think he could be one for the future."
