Taylor hails Chairboys squad

Wycombe Wanderers' players won high praise from manager Peter Taylor after they maintained their unbeaten start to the League Two season with a 1-0 victory at Accrington Stanley.

A last-gasp Chris Zebroski goal gave the Chairboys three points and made it 13 games unbeaten in the league so far this season.

Taylor told the club's official website: "To go 13 games unbeaten is incredible and I never would have dreamt it.

"I was dreading seeing the headlines about 13 being unlucky for us, but I'm really pleased with the way we played and it's full credit to the players, because they've been working ever so hard.

"The boys had a tremendous attitude and their fitness levels are looking good.

"They keep getting late goals and when you do score late goals, you have the confidence to believe that you can do it again."
