Sutton tipped to leave Saints

St Mirren manager Gus MacPherson fears that he is losing the battle to keep John Sutton at the club.
The Buddies offered the 23-year-old a new two-year contract in April, but Sutton is still to put pen to paper.
MacPherson told the Paisley Express: "His agent told me as far back as January that it would be highly unlikely that John would stay here.
"The longer it goes on with improved terms on the table, the less likely it becomes that he'll be here next season.
"We want John to stay at the club but it's a player's prerogative to see what's out there and the agent's job to try to get him the best offer possible.
"However, John was very positive after the Motherwell game, so we've certainly not given up hope."
Sutton has scored 30 goals in 75 appearances for the Saints in the last two seasons.
