New deals for Wycombe trio

Wycombe Wanderers have secured the futures of a trio of first-team players who were out of contract at the end of the season.

Central defenders Will Antwi and Michael Williamson have penned new deals that will keep them with the Chairboys until summer 2009, while midfielder Stefan Oakes has agreed a 12-month contract extension.

Wycombe boss Paul Lambert told the club's official website: "Mike and Will are still in their 20s and have a mile to go in the game while Stefan is a bit older but has done terrifically well.

"It was important for us to sign these lads."

Lambert has revealed he is also keen to extend the contracts of strikers Tommy Mooney and Kevin Betsy.
