Wycombe Wanderers midfielder Sergio Torres has inked a one-year contract extension that will keep him at Adams Park until the end of the 2007-08 campaign.

The 22-year-old Argentinian has made 36 appearances for the Chairboys since moving to the club from Basingstoke Town in August 2005.

"I've really enjoyed it here so far," Torres told the club's official website.

"I like the players, I'm really happy and I want to stay. Hopefully I can help us get to League One because to play in that Division will be massive for me."
