Mousinho triggers longer deal

Wycombe Wanderers midfielder John Mousinho will stay with the club until the end of next season after triggering a one-year contract extension with the Chairboys.

The 22-year-old former Brentford player moved to Adams Park in the summer, penning an initial one-year contract with Peter Taylor's side.

However, it was agreed that the deal would be extended by a further 12 months should he make ten appearances for the first team.

He reached that landmark on Saturday when he played in the 3-1 victory against Bournemouth.

Winger Gavin Grant will trigger a similar extension should he make one more start for the club.

The 24-year-old former Gillingham and Millwall player has featured in nine games for Taylor's side so far this season.
