Wycombe Wanderers manager Paul Lambert admitted his side were fortunate to come away with a point following Wednesday's goalless draw with Wrexham.
Goalkeeper Frank Fielding saved a first-half penalty from Ryan Valentine as the Chairboys left the Racecourse Ground with a point.
"We never got going in the first half and we were fortunate to come away with a point," admitted Lambert.
"In our previous draws against MK Dons and Chester, I thought we should have won both those games but we certainly didn't deserve to in this one.
"We knew it was going to be hard because we knew Wrexham are fighting for their lives.
"In those circumstances a point here seems more like a defeat."
