Hunt foot woe for Chairboys

Wycombe Wanderers will be without Lewis Hunt for at least two months after the defender suffered a broken metatarsal. The 26-year-old right-back suffered the injury in the 1-1 draw with Exeter City on Boxing Day. Meanwhile, the Chairboys have terminated the contract of teenage defender Lewis Christon by mutual consent. The 19-year-old centre-back had been with the club from the age of 11, but has struggled to dislodge the likes of Leon Johnson and Mike Williamson in recent months. "I've really enjoyed my time here, it's a great club with a good manager and I wish everyone all the best. I really hope they get promotion this year," he told the club's official website.
