Wycombe Wanderers have signed former loan midfielder Tommy Doherty following his release by Queens Park Rangers.
Doherty, 28, was released by the Championship club on Thursday and immediately penned a two-and-a-half year contract with the Chairboys.
The Northern Ireland international has previously spent three loan spells at Adams Park and has already made five appearances for Wanderers this season.
"It's brilliant to finally get the signing done and dusted," manager Paul Lambert told the club's official website.
"Tommy is a very talented player and I'm sure the fans are pleased to have him here permanently.
"We will need all the bodies we can get for the remainder of the season and I think we have built up a very strong squad."
