Doherty in Chairboys loan move

Wycombe Wanderers have completed the signing of QPR midfielder Tommy Doherty on a three-month loan deal.

The former Bristol City man is on the transfer list at Loftus Road as Hoops boss Gary Waddock bids to clear the decks having brought in seven new players during the summer.

The Northern Ireland international will link up with Paul Lambert's side immediately and will use his time with the Chairboys to try and impress enough to secure a permanent deal or attract attention from other clubs.
