Chairboys snap up midfielder

Wycombe Wanderers have added John Mousinho to their ranks following his release by Brentford.

Chairboys boss Peter Taylor moved swiftly to sign the 20-year-old midfielder, whose contract with the Bees was terminated by mutual consent on Monday.

Mousinho has joined fellow new signing Lewis Spence at Adams Park for next season.

The 20-year-old agreed to join Wycombe from Taylor's former club Crystal Palace earlier in the week.

"Lewis is a powerful, forward-running midfielder with a very good left foot," Taylor told the club's official website.

"He has a great hunger for the game. I want players to come in, to be hungry and prove a point. He fits the bill."
