Wycombe Wanderers boss Paul Lambert has strengthened his midfield options after snapping up free agent Gary Holt on a two-year contract.
The 34-year-old midfielder was available on a free transfer following his release from Nottingham Forest at the end of last season and becomes the Chairboys' ninth new signing of the summer.
"Gary has a terrific pedigree and has played loads of games in both Scotland and England, so he is the experienced player I have been looking for," Lambert told the club's official website.
"He will bring some steel to the middle of the park and that is something we really need.
"Gary is also a great lad - a top character who I know will fit in well with the rest of the squad."
