Bees fight back to earn point

    13 Feb 2010 - 17:22:02

Kevin Betsy gave Wycombe a first-half lead against Brentford, however, Myles Weston pulled one back for the home side to earn a point.

Elliott Bennett scored the opener for Brighton but Grant Holt pulled one back for Norwich before Gary Doherty completed the turnaround for the Canaries.

Carlisle routed the MK Dons, scoring five unanswered goals at Brunton Park.

Ian Harte and Matty Robson gave the home side a 2-0 lead at half-time before Daryl Duffy, Scott Dobie and Joe Anyinsah piled on the misery for Paul Ince in the second half.

Peter Clarke scored after just eight minutes to give Huddersfield the lead but Swindon hit back just two minutes later thanks to Charlie Austin.

Daniel Ward then gave the visitors the lead just before the half hour mark but Anthony Kay earned a point for Huddersfield with a 50th minute goal.

Tamika Mkandawire thought he had won it for Leyton Orient but a dramatic late own goal from Charlie Daniels secured a point for high-flying Leeds United.

A sublime free-kick by Neil Harris was enough for Millwall to claim all three points against Exeter.

Pawel Abbott hit the only goal of the game to give Oldham the three points against Walsall.

Southend's Scott Vernon opened the scoring for the home side from the penalty spot but Ian Goodison netted just after the break for Tranmere Rovers to level the game.

David Prutton and Anthony Wordsworth gave Colchester United a 2-0 lead inside 20 minutes, but Jabo Ibehre wasted little time pulling one back for Stockport.

Ibehre then scored again after 77 minutes to earn a point for struggling Stockport.

Yeovil and Gillingham couldn't muster any goals between them at Huish Park.
