Chairboys wait on duo

Wycombe will assess strikers Matt McClure and Steven Craig ahead of the clash with Rochdale.

The pair started the 1-1 draw with Cheltenham on Tuesday but neither completed the 90 minutes due to slight hamstring strains and while boss Gareth Ainsworth says the Dale match may come too soon for the duo their problems are not long-term.

Matt Bloomfield also had to come off with an injury against the Robins but will be available while Stuart Lewis should overcome an illness to be in contention.

Midfielder Sam Togwell, on loan from Chesterfield, could make his second start for the club having served a one-match ban for a red card on his debut but Paris Cowan-Hall, Gary Doherty, Charles Dunne and Tommy Fletcher will miss out once more.

Rochdale will be without suspended midfielder Matty Lund as they look for a victory that will keep them top of the table.

Lund, who recently returned to the side following injury, was sent off for two yellow-card offences in the midweek win at Northampton and sits out a one-game suspension. Jason Kennedy is among those hoping to replace him.

Defender Ollie Lancashire returns to contention after a two-match ban following his second red card of the season in the recent defeat at Torquay.

Leading goalscorer Scott Hogan (knee) has missed the last three games and remains sidelined as Keith Hill's side chase a seventh win in 10 league matches.
