Ainsworth pondering changes Wycombe caretaker boss Gareth Ainsworth is expected to make a number of changes when they host Plymouth. The Blues were thumped 3-0 at Dagenham last weekend leaving Ainsworth with plenty to ponder in his bid to become the club's permanent manager. Loan keeper Jordan Archer will continue between the posts with Nikki Bull (thigh) and Matt Ingram (knee) still sidelined. Midfielder Sam Wood (knee) and striker Dennis Oli (ankle) are unavailable again but Matt Bloomfield may return. He failed a late assessment on a groin injury on Saturday but is back in contention for a place in Ainsworth's squad. Joel Grant had to settle for a place on the bench in that fixture having just recovered from a hamstring problem but may be handed a starting role. Strikers Matt McClure and Junior Morias are also pushing for inclusion as the Chairboys bid to end a seven-game winless streak. Plymouth boss Carl Fletcher is sweating on the fitness of midfielder Ross Jenkins. The Watford loanee was ruled out of Saturday's draw at Southend with a groin injury and remains doubtful. Jenkins suffered the injury in training ahead of the weekend, meaning he could not make his Pilgrims home debut. Teenager Luke Young replaced him last time around and may deputise again if Jenkins is again forced to miss out. Defender Onismor Bhasera returned to the starting line-up after recovering from injury and is set to retain his place having come through the Shrimpers draw unscathed. Veteran midfielder Paul Wotton is still sidelined with a groin problem and is not expected to feature.
