Chairboys missing Morgan

Wycombe boss Gareth Ainsworth will be without top scorer Dean Morgan against AFC Wimbledon as his side look to get back to action after two postponements.

The Chairboys saw their League Two clashes with Newport and Exeter both fall foul of the weather and they will hope the visit of the Dons will go ahead.

But Morgan will not be involved after sustaining a hamstring injury in the 1-0 defeat to the Exiles which will sideline him for a month.

With just five points between themselves and the relegation zone the Blues will be desperate to win on home soil for the first time since October 12.

AFC Wimbledon have had to wave goodbye to top scorer Michael Smith ahead of the trip.

Smith, who has hit 10 goals for the Dons this season, has gone back to Charlton at the end of his loan spell at Kingsmeadow with no immediate prospect of a return.

Boss Neal Ardley could also be without midfielder George Francomb, who limped off during the first half of Wednesday's 1-0 defeat at Dagenham with a calf injury.

He was replaced by Harry Pell, who returned to the bench after a month out with a knee injury and is now in line to start.
