Wycombe manager Peter Taylor has not ruled out making a move for former Newcastle and Wolves striker Carl Cort.Cort has made three appearances for the Chairboys in pre-season, but Taylor is hoping to have another look at the 31-year-old at the weekend. Taylor told BBC Three Counties Radio: "I'd like Carl to come with us at the weekend to play Eastbourne and Dover. I still need a bit more of a look." Cort once cost Newcastle £7m but his career was plagued by injuries. Of Wycombe's injuries, Taylor said: "Hopefully Craig Woodman and Chris Westwood will be fit for the weekend. "Lewis Spence might be more serious than that. He might be a month to six weeks away. "Lewis Hunt is a couple of weeks away from joining in with us so it makes him very doubtful for the first [League One] game."
