Jon-Paul Pittman inspired Wycombe to a victory over Aldershot that edges them closer to promotion to League One.Dean Howell headed a Pittman cross against his own post and John Akinde buried the rebound. Wycombe extended their lead after the break when Pittman saw his shot blocked, only for the ball to cannon in off defender Ricky Newman. Matt Phillips wrapped up all three points, firing home after another Pittman cross.
