Wanderers scoop JPT gong
Wycombe have secured the southern section`s Johnstone`s Paint Trophy performance of the round award for their 2-0 victory over Colchester.
The panel voted unanimously in favour of the Blues' second-round display as goals from Kevin Betsy and Scott Davies ensured Wycombe's first victory in the competition since October 2006.
The award will be presented to Blues boss Gary Waddock before the home fixture against Lincoln at the end of the month.
JPT sponsorship manager Teresa Hardwick said: "The southern section of the draw was particularly hard to judge, but Wycombe's performance - and the manner of it - was too hard to ignore."
