Wycombe boss Gary Waddock has no plans to enter the loan market to replace Matty Phillips. Phillips joined Premier League side Blackpool on transfer deadline day but despite the loan market opening again this week, Waddock is happy with his squad. He said: "Everybody was looking at us at and wondering who we might bring in to replace Matty but we did the majority of our work early in the summer and planned well and got the players we wanted. So there is no real urgency. "When you go into the loan market you are looking to bring in players who are better than what you have or who will improve what you have in the squad. "Last year we were able to do that with a number of the signings we brought in because we needed bodies in. But with the work we have done in the summer, it would need to be a very good player to come in. "We have been fortunate that clubs have allowed really good, talented players to come out and play in our sides so hopefully that will continue because they will see the style of football we want to produce."
