Rendell sets double target
New signing Scott Rendell believes he can score 20 goals in League Two next season as Wycombe target instant promotion.
Rendell was signed from Peterborough this week and is confident of adding to his record of 59 goals in 120 starts in his career to date.
He told the club`s official website: "Hopefully I can come here and carry on my goalscoring record and get this club back into League One.
"I`ve been on loan at a few clubs and sometimes you have to do that but I`ve got a three-year contract here now and I can settle down.
"Every season I set myself a target of 20 goals but I believe I can score more here with the opportunities I`m going to get."
