Martin Kuhl has resigned as assistant manager of npower League Two promotion-chasing Wycombe with immediate effect. Kuhl, who arrived at Adams Park as number two to Gary Waddock on October 13 2009, was last week suspended by the club pending an internal investigation. He made more than 400 appearances in the Football League for six different clubs and was part of the coaching staff, along with Waddock, who helped Aldershot win promotion to the Football League. A brief club statement read: "In thanking Martin for his service, the club has wished him well for the future."
