Wycombe manager Gary Waddock is set to rest midfielder Gareth Ainsworth for the Carling Cup visit of Millwall.
Ainsworth, 37, played the full 90 minutes of Saturday's 2-0 win over Morecambe but is likely to sit out the cup clash, with England Under-19 international Matty Phillips taking his place.
Striker Jon-Paul Pittman is hoping to start after scoring a wonderful solo effort as a substitute and Waddock may also hand starts to Kieran Murtagh and Ian Westlake.
Andy Sandell has not featured since his move from Aldershot and will sit out once more while forward Stuart Beavon is close to a return after breaking his leg at the back-end of last season.
Defender Leon Johnson was an unused substitute on Saturday with a dead leg but could play.
