Red mist costly for Evans

Wrexham central defender Steve Evans faces a four-match suspension after being sent off for the second time this season in his side's dismal 4-0 defeat at Boston United.
Evans was dismissed for reacting angrily to a challenge from Drewe Broughton that earned the Pilgrims forward a booking, leaving Red Dragons boss Denis Smith facing a selection headache.
He said: "Steve has reacted and the referee has dealt with the reaction, but maybe not dealt sufficiently with the cause of the problem."
"I thought it was a shocking challenge on Steve in the first place, but he went for the way he reacted.
"To lose him to suspension is a major blow, but is something I have just got to deal with.
"I still say the squad we have is one that is capable of being towards the top of the table, rather than closer to the bottom."
Evans' first red card this term came in the 2-1 win at Chester City back in late August.
