Wrexham manager Brian Little has conceded that relegation from the Football League is now all but certain following Sunday's 3-0 defeat at Shrewsbury Town.
The Red Dragons are now five points adrift at the foot of the League Two table with just four games remaining and Little was unhappy at the latest capitulation at The New Meadow.
"When I look at the club it's good because it has been saved by two people who have the good of the club at heart, but on the pitch it isn't so good," he told the club's official website.
"They're a good bunch of lads, they're honest at heart, but today they lost heart. That was the big thing which shone through.
"We're virtually down now and the players really didn't do themselves justice, individually or collectively.
"Years of losing games for this club is not enjoyable. I've just had a few months of it and I've not enjoyed it. It's been horrible.
"I think the last 20 minutes today were genuinely the worst 20 minutes of my career."
