Exeter City are back in the Football League after a five-year absence following a 1-0 play-off final victory over Cambridge United at Wembley.
The Grecians lost their league status after 83 uninterrupted years in 2003, but bounced back at the second time of asking on Sunday.
Last season's beaten play-off finalists booked their place back in League Two after Rob Edwards headed home Dean Moxey's corner on 22 minutes.
The Devon club rode their luck at times as Cambridge pressed for an equaliser, but held on for a win which buried the ghost of last season's heart-breaking final defeat to Morecambe.
Wrexham and Mansfield Town were relegated from League Two earlier this month, while Aldershot secured automatic promotion after winning the Blue Sq Premier Division.
