Wrexham manager Brian Carey has made Eifion Williams his fifth summer signing following Hartlepool United's decision to release the Welsh striker.
The 31-year-old has penned a two-year deal with the Red Dragons.
"I'm delighted to have joined Wrexham and, after a successful spell with Hartlepool, I'm hoping that I'll enjoy something similar here," Williams told Wrexham's official website.
"I spoke to Brian (Carey) several times and, to be honest, once I knew he was serious, I was pretty much set on coming here.
"It will also be nice moving back to Wales after ten years away, but that wasn't my prime consideration - I wanted to join a club that was looking to go up."
