Wolves move excites Iwelumo

Chris Iwelumo believes Wolves have a great opportunity to reach the Premier League this season after completing his transfer to Molineux from Charlton Athletic.

The 29-year-old has penned a two-year deal with Mick McCarthy's side after spending only one season at The Valley.

The former Stoke City and Colchester United forward told Wolves' official website: "It's a fantastic club and I'm delighted to be here and hopefully I'll bring something to the table.

"Last year I thought Wolves were unlucky just missing out on the play-offs but I believe that if you're good enough you're old enough.

"Every player wants to play at the top level and the Premier League is the Holy Grail. I'm just really excited - this is a fantastic club with a really good chance of doing well."
