Olofinjana request accepted

Nigeria international Seyi George Olofinjana appears to be on the verge of leaving Wolves after the club agreed to his transfer request.
The 27-year-old midfielder still has three left years on his current Molineux contract, but has set his heart at moving on to pastures new this summer.
Chief executive Jez Moxey told the club's official website: "At the time of signing a new contract with Seyi last year, we agreed that, should the club miss out on promotion at the end of the 2007-08 season, we'd circulate his name for transfer if that's what he wished.
"As expected, Seyi has made that request and we're therefore following through on our commitment and he's been placed on the transfer list.
"As an experienced senior international player who has not only served Wolves well, but re-signed instead of holding out to become a free agent this summer, he's given us the opportunity of recouping our financial investment in him to help buy new players."
Seyi has scored 18 times in 147 appearances for the club since his arrival from Brann Bergen in a £1.7million switch four years ago.
