Veteran goalkeeper Marcus Hahnemann will remain with Wolverhampton Wanderers next season after earning a one-year contract extension.
The 37-year-old USA international made 27 appearances in his first season at Molineux, having been allowed to leave Reading last summer.
A delighted Hahnemann told the club's official website: "It's great that the contract is all sorted and kicks in automatically.
"We were on a very quick learning curve this season, but now we've faced everyone we know exactly what it is we'll have to do. Our team has got stronger as the year went on.
"Obviously my role changed during the season and I got my chance at the team after we'd been put under some pressure.
"We had some rough games and I got my chance. Everything went well from there, we had some good wins and I stayed in the team.
"As a keeper, there's only ever one of us that can play.
"Not playing, as I didn't at the start, gave me the chance to work double hard which you sometimes can't do when you're in the team."
