Moxey backing Old Firm decision

Wolves chief executive Jez Moxey has backed the Premier League's decision not to allow Celtic and Rangers to move into England's top flight.Moxey represented Wolves in London on Thursday when clubs voted on Bolton chairman Phil Gartside's proposal.
