Wolves have completed the permanent signing of Liverpool midfielder Darren Potter following the 22-year-old's successful loan spell at Molineux.
Potter, who scored in Tuesday's FA Cup third round replay win at Oldham Athletic, moved to Wolves at the start of the season and has played 24 games for Mick McCarthy's side.
After signing a deal that will keep him at the club until June 2010, he said: "It seems to have taken an age but, now the deal is done, I'm absolutely made up.
"I've loved the place ever since I got here. The boys are a great bunch, the gaffer and the coaching staff top-class, and the fans have been brilliant.
"People may ask why I've left a Premiership club like Liverpool and dropped down to the Championship, but that's because I see Wolves as a top-flight club and I'll be doing everything in my power to help them get there."
Meanwhile, Mark Little has signed a new contract that will tie him to Molineux until the end of the 2009-10 campaign.
