Lowe back at Molineux

Keith Lowe has returned to Wolves after failing to make an appearance for Brighton during his loan spell at the Withdean Stadium.

The 20-year-old defender was an unused substitute in all five of the Seagulls' League One matches in August.

Lowe has made 16 appearances for Wolves in his time at Molineux and spent time on loan at Burnley, QPR and Swansea City last term.

Meanwhile, Tomasz Frankowski hopes he can continue his career with Wolves when he returns from a season-long loan spell with Spanish second division side CD Tenerife.

The Polish striker failed to impress after being signed by former boss Glenn Hoddle from Elche in January, and has been given the chance to revive his career in Spain by current manager Mick McCarthy.

Frankowski told the club's official website: "This has been a difficult decision for me because I could have stayed and fought for my place.

"But I had a meeting with Mick McCarthy and he told me what his plans were. He has made his choice over the situation, and Jemal Johnson and Jay Bothroyd have been scoring goals so it is tough for me.

"I have absolutely no arguments or problems with Mick McCarthy. He has been very fair to me and told me his position throughout.

"Although I have had problems settling in here, I would have no qualms about coming back if asked to do so. There is a chance I may still return to Wolves but equally this could lead to a permanent deal."
