Aston Villa striker Marlon Harewood has joined Championship leaders Wolves on loan until the end of the season.
Harewood, 29, has been allowed to head out of Villa Park on loan in search of more regular first-team football.
The former West Ham United and Nottingham Forest striker has not started a single Premier League game for the Midlands club this season.
He has made 15 appearances for Martin O'Neill's side but most of his run outs have been either in UEFA Cup games or as a late substitute.
Harewood will now remain at Molineux until the end of the season as Mick McCarthy's side look to close out promotion to the Premier League.
Speaking earlier in the month, McCarthy admitted he was keen to sign a striker of Harewood's experience.
He said: "I'm delighted with the four strikers I've got here - they're all off on international duty and potentially involved in two games - but if I've got the ability to sign somebody of Marlon Harewood's ability and strengths then it would be fantastic."
