Fitness boost for Henry

Wolves midfielder Karl Henry has been given the all clear to take part in pre-season training, after suffering a potentially life-threatening injury during a game last season.
The 24-year-old tore his spleen in a Championship match at Luton Town on March 3, but has now been given the green light to resume his career.
"I had a scan last Friday and the specialist was quite happy that there isn't any danger of me rupturing my spleen and he has given me the all-clear to carry on with full training," he told the club's official website.
"I was doing light training for the last four weeks of the season and have had a good rest over the summer, so this is great news.
"I'm lucky I've still got my spleen and thankful the medical team spotted the problem as soon as they did which meant I didn't have to have an operation.
"For the first two weeks it was 50/50 as to whether or not they would have to take mine out, and that would have meant being on anti-biotics for the rest of my life. That wouldn't have been a good scenario.
"I was a bit worried and stressed at first, but each scan I had showed an improvement and eased my fears. Now the future is bright."
