Lee Morris, who completed his move to the Bulls hours before kick-off, could have opened the scoring in the third minute but blasted over from Ryan Green's cross. A rash of half-time substitutions only added to the game's disjointed feel, although Marc Pugh came closest to snatching victory for the home side with a fine solo effort in the closing moments.
