Wolves end Aussie tour with a win

Robbie Fowler marked his first appearance for the Fury with a goal, but it was not enough to prevent them slipping to defeat against Mick McCarthy's side. Wolves opened the scoring through Andy Keogh in the second minute, but Fowler's introduction after 54 minutes brought the match to life. The former Liverpool man made no mistake from the penalty spot in the 67th minute after Wolves captain Jody Craddock had brought down Jeremy Brockie in the area. But Craddock atoned for his error just seven minutes later, the towering defender getting on the end of a quality corner from Andrew Surman before his close-range header found the net with the help of a few deflections.
