Wolves boss wary of Wednesday

The league leaders were winless in February, and prior to the 1-0 win against the Eagles, had only collected a meagre five points out of the 21 that have been available since Christmas. Nevertheless, Wolves are still three points ahead of second-placed Birmingham, but McCarthy is cautious of a Sheffield Wednesday side they beat 4-1 at Molineux earlier in the campaign. He told the club's official website: "I did wonder that us beating them well earlier in the season would give them the extra reason to be psyched up if they needed it. "But we can't do anything about that - all we can do is approach the game on its merits and give 100%."
