Match Preview

Chelsea will be hoping to improve their recent poor form away from home in the Premier League on their trip to Molineux this Saturday.

Carlo Ancelotti's side have won just once in their last six league games away from Stamford Bridge, but will be confident of success against a Wolves side that have scored only one goal in their last four games at home.

If Wolves are to get a positive result against the current league leaders, they will have to keep a close eye on in-form striker Didier Drogba.

The Ivorian hitman has scored eight goals in his last nine Premier League appearances and will be hoping to increase his current tally of 17 goals in the top-flight.

The Pensioners were dominant in their previous meeting with Wolves in the Premier League this season, hitting four goals without reply. Fortunately for the relegation-threatened team, Michael Essien, who grabbed a brace in that match and was a constant thorn in their side, is ruled out with a long-term injury.

Despite winning only one of their last seven Premier League matches, Wolves captain Karl Henry has stressed that they will avoid relegation this season, thanks to their unrivalled team spirit.

The midfielder revealed: "The team spirit is A1 here - it has to be - because from the first day we came back in the summer we knew we were in for a battle and a relegation fight. We're all going to fight tooth and nail to maintain that Premier League status and team spirit will certainly be a big part of that."
