New loanee Jeremy Helan could make Wolves debut

Wolves could hand Jeremy Helan a debut against Derby after he joined on loan from Sheffield Wednesday until the end of the season.

The left-sided player trained with his new team-mates on Thursday, with Wolves on a seven-game winless run.

Mike Williamson (hamstring) is still sidelined despite the defender expecting to have returned already.

Midfielder James Henry is out with his own hamstring injury while forward Michal Zyro is closing in on a comeback from a broken foot but is not yet ready.

George Thorne remains on course for a return to the Derby squad after missing four matches with a calf problem.

The midfielder has resumed full training and looks set to be available for selection for Saturday lunchtime's televised clash at Molineux.

Darren Bent could also be back in the reckoning after a migraine forced the striker to miss the home win against Blackburn on Wednesday night.

Darren Wassall has plenty of options available as he looks for a third straight win as Rams boss, with the likes of Craig Bryson, Abdoul Camara, Nick Blackman, Tom Ince and Andreas Weimann all hoping to be involved after being named as substitutes in midweek.
