Wolves striker Sam Vokes will resume his loan spell at Bristol City this week after recovering from a hamstring injury.[LNB] Vokes joined the Championship club on a five-month deal in August but was injured within minutes of making his debut as a substitute during a 3-0 home defeat to Millwall on the opening day of the season.[LNB]The Wales international, 20, returned to his parent club for treatment and has now recovered sufficiently to link up with City again.[LNB]However, he will not be involved when Keith Millen's side face rivals Cardiff in the Welsh capital on Saturday.[LNB]"Sam has been training with Wolves for a few weeks now, but he's not played any football," said Millen. "We'll have to assess his levels of fitness when he comes back to us on Thursday.[LNB]"Whilst he won't come back into the first-team fold immediately, it's great to have him back and bolstering our attacking line. We're looking to schedule a reserve game for the end of this month and he'll be involved in that."
