Shackell completes Rovers switch
The former Norwich centre-half has gone straight into Sean O'Driscoll's squad for Saturday's home game against Preston.
Shackell moved to Wolves from Carrow Road in September 2008 but made only 12 appearances as Mick McCarthy's side claimed the Championship title.
With first-team opportunities hard to come by, he spent the last three months of the season back on loan at Norwich.
